1.       Aerobic Training

Aerobic training is important for Climbing Kilimanjaro. This training uses oxygen to adequately meet the energy demands of exercise by aerobic metabolism. This type of exercise uses aerobic metabolism, which is generally light to moderate-intensity activity like long-distance jogging, swimming, cycling, and walking. 2.      Strength Training
