MIKUMI - RUAHA - UDZUNGWA - SELOUS - 9 Days / 8 Nights

Day 1: Arrival Day
Upon your arrival at Dar Es Salaam International Airport you will meet our representative and transfer you to a designated hotel in Dar Es Salaam. You will have an overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Dar - Mikumi
Early morning after your breakfast you will meet with your tour guide for briefing about the safari. After a proper explanation you will commence your safari to Mikumi National Park with packed lunch passing Morogoro town. On your arrival you will have an afternoon game drive until late afternoon. The game drive will continue as you are checking out at Mikumi National Park for a hot shower, dinner and overnight at Genesis Motel.

Day 3: Mikumi - Iringa
Early in the morning as the sunrise you will have a game drive at Mikumi National Park for about two hours before return to the motel for breakfast. Optional you might want to see African popular snakes at the motel snake park with crocodiles at a close point. With our picnic lunch in late morning you will drive to Iringa town passing the Isimila Stone Age Site for dinner and overnight at Isimila Hotel.

Day 4: Iringa - Ruaha
In the morning you will have your breakfast at your hotel in Iringa before continue to Ruaha National Park. About 2 to 3 hours drive to Ruaha National Park reaching in time for hot lunch at the lodge. After lunch a simple rest will follow before an afternoon game drive. Late in the afternoon you will return to the lodge for hot shower, dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Ruaha - Full day
As usual a morning game drive follows with the breakfast at the lodge and a short rest. Today you will have a full day game drive at Ruaha. With your picnic lunch you will start again a game drive until late afternoon. Enjoy the vast wildlife that Ruaha has including huge population of Elephants elsewhere in Africa, lions, zebras, wildebeest a few just to mention. The game view will take use to birds of the Mwangusi and Mdonya Sand River. Later return back to the lodge for hot shower, dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Ruaha - Udzungwa
Early in the morning sunrise game viewing Ruaha and drive to Udzungwa Mountains National Park with packed lunch for dinner and overnight at Udzungwa Mountains View lodge.

Day 7: Udzungwa - Morogoro Town
After breakfast, start trekking, leads up to Sanje waterfalls 180 m from here you have a view of Kilombero Valley Estate. The Kilombero people are famous for sugar cane grows and the estate is an endless plane. These estates are the biggest in Tanzania and contribute more than 40% of sugar product in the country named K1 and K2. Late in the afternoon drive to Morogoro for dinner and overnight at Oasis Motel.

Day 8: Morogoro - Selous Game Reserve
Early in the morning after having breakfast and with packed lunch you will be transferred to Selous Game Reserve passing the Matambwe gate to Mtemere gate. Upon your arrival you will have a relaxation at your lodge having briefing about your staying at the reserve and thereafter a hot shower, dinner and overnight at Selous.

Day 9: Selous- Full Day
Early in the morning you will have a game drive and thereafter return to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast you will have a short rest as well as waiting for your packed lunch. Selous is the biggest reserve in Africa covering 55,000 sq.km full of adventures from wildlife, birdlife, reptiles and vast vegetation you can name it.

A full day game drive until 4:00 p.m were you will be taken to Rufiji River for a sunset boat trip to explore the beauty of the Selous. Rufiji River has a sanctuary of birdlife at its delta, crocodiles as well as hippos. Visiting Selous Game Reserve at the end of the day you will notice that it is a really adventure of your lifetime. Late afternoon you will return to the lodge for hot shower, dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Selous -Dar Es Salaam
Early in the morning before you have your breakfast an armed ranger will be waiting for you to start a morning walking safari. This is another adventurous activity that Selous Game Reserve offers. This safari will take you to different places and have sometime to take pictures closer to the wildlife and birdlife outside the safari vehicle. For the two hours you will be back to the lodge for breakfast and thereafter preparation of driving back to Dar Es Salaam. Your lunch will be at a hotel or restaurant in Morogoro town.

Upon arrival in Dar Es Salaam you will have a tour in popular areas and later in the evening a hot dinner will be served before been transferred to the Dar Es Salaam International Airport back home.
