Stanley's Kopje

Foxes Safari Camp is a permanent accommodation located inside the Mikumi National Park, on a rocky hill on the Mkata flood plain. This place is one of the best game viewing areas of the park.

This safari camp consists of 8 custom designed tents set on raised wooden platforms around the rocky kopje overlooking the floodplain. Each tent has comfortable twin beds with mosquito nets, en suite bathroom facilities and a private verandah with panoramic views of the plains below.

Foxes Safari Camp has a restaurant into its main build offering different varieties of dishes. From local and international cuisine, continental breakfast, lunch and dinner are well prepared and served at a relaxation manner. The stunning architecture of the main building is another attraction will in Foxes. The building has been built by local material and designed into its kind.

The meals at Foxes can be accompanied with tasty flavor of varieties of liquor been soft or hard drinks the camp has it for you.

While in Foxes Safari Camp you will do the game drive, and walking safari in the Mikumi National Park. With enough time you can drive to Kilombero market for cultural tour and the near Sanje waterfalls the unique falls of Udzungwa Mountain range.

Kikoboga Camp

Kikoboga camp is situated near the main entrance of Mikumi National Park. Most of the cottages and bandas are located under the acacia and baobab trees shade. Thatched by local palm leaves and stone-build in African style Kikoboga has spacious bedrooms, bathroom with shower and large verandas with wonderful views overlooking the plains and nearby waterholes.     

The camp consists of stone built bandas which provide spacious en-suite accommodation with curved verandahs overlooking the plains and nearby waterholes. All have additional guest rooms, suitable for families or friends. Within the rooms is a reading table and chair, a bed covered by mosquito net, bathroom and wide open windows for allowance of air.

Thatched with palm tree leaves the bar is built around a Marula tree and a dining area. Both facilities provides the best service in available meals and drinks.
